Our goal at Heart and Mind Training is to ensure that you are equipped with the tools you need to live your best life.

11 million people are caring for someone with dementia in the home.  Do you know why your loved one does what they do? Do you know how to make days easier for both you and them?  How can you get your loved one to stop saying embarrassing things?

What would you do if they experienced a cardiac incident? If you were babysitting your grandchild and they started to choke, what would you do? If someone has an injury and is bleeding profusely, do you have the skills to stop it? 

We want to provide people with the tools to allow them to live in their homes longer and safer. With over 35 years in nursing, we have the experience to educate you.
