Cancellation Policy

General information: Class sizes are limited to create a lower student/teacher ratio. Students may transfer (1 time only) to a different class at no additional cost if they notify us at least 48 hours in advance of their originally scheduled class. To request a transfer, please contact us by email at Diane@heartandmindtraining.com **Book fee's are non refundable if already shipped and if not, you can request a refund and will be granted one minus a $10 fee for payment processing**

More than 48 Hours' Notice: Your payment will be refunded minus a $75.00 transaction fee.

48 Hours' Notice or less: If notice is given 48 hours or less before the class, payment is non refundable.

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT: The course may be canceled due to low enrollment. We will provide 24-hour notice if we have to cancel a class for that reason.

LATE POLICY: You will not be allowed to attend if you are 30 minutes or more late and will be required to register with full payment for another class. In that case, no refund will be given.

DISCLAIMER: Heart and Mind Training has the right to reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any lawful reason.
