We offer an alternative to the American Red Cross Pediatric CPR course.
The HSI CPR course is taught at our Training Center in Verona, or we can come to your facility if you have 10 or more employees to certify.

CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
- General information: Class sizes are limited to create a lower student/teacher ratio. Refunds will be granted to those who cancel 7 days prior to the class. Students may transfer to a different class at no additional cost if they notify us at least 48 hours in advance of their originally scheduled class. To request a transfer, please contact us by email at Diane@heartandmindtraining.com **All refunds are subject to $6.00 transaction fee. Your refund will be your total paid minus the $6.00 fee**
- Less than 24 Hours' Notice: If notice is given less than 24 hours before the class, the class fee will be lost. Students may re-register for 50% off their new class fee. Only 1 transfer per student, and once a transfer has been completed, no refunds will be granted.
- CANCELLATIONS DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT: The course may be canceled due to low enrollment. We will provide 24-hour notice if we have to cancel a class for that reason.
- LATE POLICY: 5 minutes for blended classes; 15 minutes for full-day classes. You will not be allowed to attend if you are late and will be required to register with full payment for another class. In that case, no refund will be given.
- ONLINE ONLY courses are non-refundable.
- WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY: Please be advised that Heart and Mind Training follows local school closings (Riverview School District) and county government offices/libraries as a guideline for cancellations. The school district/county in which the class locations fall will be the standard. If a class is held and students do not attend, registration is lost, and a new class registration will be required. All cancellation/transfer fees remain in effect.
